Area Relief Ministries to host ‘Salt and Light Banquet’

JACKSON, Tenn. — Area Relief Ministries is set to host its annual ‘Salt and Light’ benefit dinner next month.

The annual event is set to take place on Sunday, September 22. It’s scheduled to be held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.

The event will feature entertainment from the Jackson Symphony’s Jazz Ensemble.

This exciting evening helps Area Relief Ministries in many ways.

“It absolutely helps us fund all of our projects and our services to the community throughout the year. You know, it makes it possible for us to keep our day center open,” said Faith Moore, director of development and marketing for ARM.

ARM has been serving the community sine 1977.
