JMCSS students enjoy day at the fair

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson-Madison County School System enjoyed a day at the fair.

Held Friday afternoon at the Jackson Fairgrounds, the event gave students and employees significant discounts for admission.

Participants were able to go on rides, play games, visit the petting zoo and world of wonders exhibit and more.

“It felt great to get out of school for once cause we have to wake up early every morning but yeah, it’s great to be out of school. We’re gonna have a whole bunch of fun at the fair. Woop woop!” said Corinthian Wood, student.

Wood also shared that his favorite ride is the UFO and that he enjoys fried Oreos.
