Temporary EBT service outage to begin Saturday

JACKSON, Tenn. — Tennessee Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cardholders should plan for a temporary service outage starting this weekend.

The SNAP and Families First (TANF) EBT system will undergo maintenance between 11:00 pm CST, Saturday, September 21, 2024 and 1:00 pm CST, Sunday, September 22, 2024.

Officials advise cardholders to shop ahead of the scheduled outage. Tennessee’s EBT toll-free Customer Service Helpline (888-997-9444) support will also be limited during this time.
