Jackson Family Fun Center celebrates 30th anniversary

JACKSON, Tenn. — A local business marks three decades of bringing entertainment to the people of Jackson.

The Jackson Bowling and Skating Family Fun Center held a ribbon cutting Thursday to celebrate 30 years of business. They hope to continue bringing fun for generations to come.

They also just installed 32 new lanes that are energy efficient, ushering in the next generation of bowling.

In addition to bowling, they have skating, laser tag, a state-of-the-art 7 dimensional interactive movie theater and more.

The owners of the Family Fun Center, Young and Andy Kim, say they have also improved their security protocols to keep everyone safe, and people 18 and under must be accompanied by parents.

“We’re looking forward to do many more years and this is why we just invested almost a 3 quarters of a million dollars in this machinery to make sure everyone has a positive experience,” said Andy Kim.

The owners say they are thankful to the local factories, schools, and residents of West Tennessee for their continued support.
