Hunters invited to Trappers Education Event next month

HORNBEAK, Tenn. — Hunters are encouraged to attend an event coming up next month.

West Tennessee Fur Takers will host a Trappers Education Event on Saturday, October 5.

It will serve as an informational program for all duck, turkey, quail and predator hunters.

Beginning at 9:30 a.m., presentations will be held on the purpose of trapping, rules and regulations, demonstrations, and more.

The event is free and open to all ages, and will be rain or shine.

It will be held near the corner of West Lakeview Drive and Reed Street, just past Eagle Nest Resort in Hornbeak.
