Pet of the Week: Linus
This week’s Pet of the Week comes to us from Tipton County Animal Shelter. Meet Linus!
Linus is a purebred teacup Clydesdale (Lab Mix) available for adoption.
He is a little over 1-year-old, fully vetted, heartworm negative, and up to date on prevention and all vaccines.
On top of being fully vetted, he attended the PAWS Prison Training Program and knows basic commands.
Linus is house broken, crate trained, and walks well on leash. He does need some brushing up on these good boy skills, but is a quick learner!
Linus is so very happy to see people he knows and loves. He also warms up quickly to new people.
This sweet boy also loves to play with other dogs!
Linus is a nervous car rider, but honestly, it’s nothing a good seat cover or some blankets can’t fix while he takes a ride.
This happy pup would love to stay home with a dog friend of his own, or maybe hike some trails that aren’t too heavily populated.
With some time and patience, he can show you just how affectionate and outgoing he truly is!
If you are interested in adopting Linus, please contact Lee Riley or Amber Smith at (901) 837-5919. Tipton County Animal Shelter also has an online adoption application available at https://www.tiptonco.com/adoption_application/index.php.
