MVP of The Week Peyton Barham

MVP of The Week Peyton Barham

We kick things off in Henderson as our MVP of the week goes
to Peyton Barham from Chester county high school. He plays running back
and had 14 carries for 55 yards, with 2 catches for 19 yards, and three touchdowns.
That performance lead them to a win with a final of 35 to 20 over South Side. He is a bruising
back who fought for every yard. Although he can run between the tackles he also knows
how to cut outside and make plays in the open field. His efficient play was what the Eagles leaned
on in hopes of breaking their three game losing streak. We were able to catch up with Mr Barham at practice and he spoke to winning MVP of the week,
the reason for his big performance, and the team’s mentality when they step on the field take a listen.

“It feels good i just gotta thank all my teammates my coaches and most importantly god. If it wasn’t for my teammates blocking god giving me the ability to do this coaches putting me in the right position and I made it happen.
We just come in work everyday we dont like to lose our goal every week is go 1-0 each and every week we just try to put everything we had on the field.”
