Turning 200: Lexington to hold Bicentennial Celebration, Fall Festival

LEXINGTON, Tenn. — One city is preparing to celebrate its 200th birthday.

The City of Lexington will hold their Bicentennial celebration, along with their annual Fall Festival, on Saturday, October 26.

A day full of fun will mark not only the Fall season, but an unforgettable milestone in the community’s history.

From 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Henderson County Court Square will be packed with a variety of vendors, food trucks, games, and much more.

The event will also feature a cornhole tournament, a kids costume contest, a pet parade, a chili cook-off, and a live history walking tour.

Residents are encouraged to join the celebration, which is completely free to attend.
