The Harmony Homeschool Collective (HHC) is a non-profit organization based in Jackson, TN. We are currently the only all-inclusive homeschool supplemental program in the area that not only accepts children of ALL beliefs, religions, sexualities, gender identities, learning differences, and financial situations– we CELEBRATE them. We want our families to come as they are and meet them where they are without judgment or exclusion. We do not accept enrollment fees or monthly tuition– instead work to fundraise monthly to provide low to no-cost programs for our families in order to ensure a child never misses out on an experience due to finances. We come with patience, understanding, and reasonable accommodation for children of all learning styles and abilities. We respect the gender identities of all of our kids and work to create an environment where they are comfortable to be exactly who they are. And we respect and acknowledge the spiritual beliefs of all of our families– from Christianity, Paganism, Atheism, and more. We foster a community where all can come together– in harmony. 

HHC serves 101 children across Jackson and surrounding areas. Our parents choose their own curriculum and homeschool independently. Our programs are meant to supplement what our families are already teaching and learning at home. We do not have a traditional classroom structure, instead we offer several clubs, field trips, and social events Some of our clubs are:

• Harmony Stargazers Outdoor Space Exploration Club 
• Little Explorers’ Story Time (Ages 3-5) 
• Just a Piece of Harmony Support Group- for parents of children with differing abilities ● The Breakfast Club… But for Movies Teen Film Club 
• Wild Roots Nature Club 
• Off With Their Threads Teen Sewciety (Coming Soon!) 
• Crochet Club (Coming Soon!) 
• Spice Girls Book Club (for moms only)

In addition to these amazing clubs, we meet bi-weekly and host several field trips and social events (like a movie night or Halloween Dance) every month! 

As mentioned, we strive not to practice financial exclusion. We do not want any of our kids to miss out on an experience due to finances. We do not charge tuition or enrollment fees. Instead we fundraise monthly to ensure that we can cover the cost of materials and supplies, and scholarships to cover field trips for any families who cannot cover the costs. 

Our families come to us from all walks of life. From different religions, family structures, learning styles, financial situations, and identities. Harmony Homeschool strives to be a safe space for them all. For all of the homeschooling families who have struggled to find a place to belong, HHC works to ensure that EVERYONE belongs HERE.
