Local colleges, universities release Homecoming details

JACKSON, Tenn. — Local colleges and universities have revealed the details for their 2024 Homecoming celebrations.

In Jackson, Lane College’s Homecoming will take place from October 12-19. The 2024 theme is “Dragons Forever,” featuring events such as the 2024 Hall of Fame, Homecoming Parade, Tailgate Extravaganza and more. Click here for details.

Union University’s Homecoming is scheduled from October 21-26. Planned events include Campus and Community Day, the Buster Bowl game and tailgate, Bulldogs Olympics, and more. Click here for more information.

The University of Memphis – Lambuth will celebrate UofM’s Homecoming, taking place October 24-27. This will include the Homecoming Kick-Off Color Run & 5K at the Lambuth campus on Saturday, October 19. Click here for more.

In Henderson, Freed Hardeman University’s Homecoming is set for November 8-10. This year’s theme is “Thanks For The Memories,” kicking off with student spirit activities on November 3 and leading to a weekend full of reunions and special events. Click here for details.
