42nd Annual Jackson Toy Run returns Oct. 19

JACKSON, Tenn. — One local event is making a difference for kids this Christmas season.

Red Dog Saloon and Exit 87 BBQ are hosting their 42nd Annual Jackson Toy Run on October 19.

All proceeds and toy donations can be dropped of at Red Dog Saloon located at 1450 South Highland Avenue in Jackson.

‘Kickstands Up at Noon’ will begin at Bob’s House of Honda on Vann Drive then to the Red Dog Saloon.

You can enjoy 1 half chicken plates and Mitch Harris will also preform live music starting at 4:00 pm.

“I can’t give back in any other way so if I can donate my time it just means a lot to me to be a part of that so I can give back to the people that are in need–that I’m not fortunately able to financially give to so I can just be apart working it off you know,” said Amy Williamson, volunteer.

The event will also host a silent and live action starting at 6 p.m.
