Paul’s Kitchen opens for business in the Hub City

JACKSON, Tenn. — A new restaurant joins the Hub City lineup.

Paul’s Kitchen BBQ & Beyond held their grand opening last weekend.

The eatery specializes in barbecue, serving smoked chicken, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and more.

A unique twist is that they also offer a Vietnamese menu, including Pho, egg rolls and rice plates.

You can check it out at 925 North Parkway #D in Jackson.

According to their Facebook page, they’re currently open seven days a week.
