Pinson resident wins over $50,000 from Publishers Clearing House
PINSON, Tenn. — As seen on tv, Publishers Clearing House is on the road again, this time in a local area.
Publishers Clearing House stopped by Mrs. Betty Cloyd’s home in Pinson with a surprise announcement that she was PCH’s newest winner.
“It’s really the best job in America. I always say that. I mean because you get to make people happy. You’re showing up totally unannounced to someone’s house. Everyone thinks, ‘Oh you must’ve called them ahead of time?’ We actually don’t. We actually just show up,” said Howie Guja, prize patrol ambassador.
Cloyd had the chance to choose a Ford F-150 XLT or a check worth $53,750, she chose to take the check.
“Keep trying. It does happen. This isn’t a fantasy. I’m speechless and I feel very fortunate. I’m going to continue to Enter! Enter! Enter!,” said Cloyd.
Anyone can enter for an opportunity to win with PCH.
“It’s a long standing business. We also donate a lot of money to charitable organizations and it’s a media company so there’s free games. Everything is free to play,” said Guja.
Their online game network has more than 10 million monthly visitors. Someone wins a prize about every 5 minutes.
“We’re about bringing smiles all across America and giving money away,” said Guja.
For a chance to win, you can visit PCH’s website.
