Residents gather for ‘Bingo and Brownies’ in Madison County
BEECH BLUFF, Tenn. — Residents were able to have a fun time while also supporting a local recreation center.
There was a big crowd at Bingo and Brownies on Monday night. It’s one of the many events Beech Bluff Recreation Center holds. While the bingo was free, for $3 attendees could get for a brownie and drink.
The funds and donations from their events go back into the center. They have dinners, movie nights and coming this Friday is the ‘Boogie and the Bluff’ a disco dance party. All ages are welcome.
“Pretty much everything we do here is family friendly or family oriented. You know, most all of us who work here we either have kids or grandkids,” said Lisa Lovelace, event coordinator for the Beech Bluff Recreation Center.
The next Bingo and Brownies night will be held November 18.
