Comedian Killer Beaz to take the stage in Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn. — A comedian and reality TV star is making a stop in Jackson for a stand-up comedy show this Saturday.
Truett Beasley has made appearances on discovery channel’s “Moonshiners.”
He is better known by his stage name “Killer Beaz.”
Beasley is currently on tour performing his comedy show, and is making a stop at The Ned in downtown Jackson this Saturday, October 26 at 7 p.m.
We spoke with Beasley Tuesday morning to talk to him about the show.
He says you can expect a fun night of laughter that the whole family can enjoy, because he offers a clean show.
He has preformed in Jackson many times and told us it is always one of his favorite stops.
“And I like it because people sound like me,” Beasley said. “You know, I do so much better with people who sound like me than I do in super big, giant, metropolitan cities. And I’ve worked all of them, so that’s how I know. So these are more fun. It’s more like my home folks.”
