Restaurant temporarily closed following electrical fire

MEDINA, Tenn. — A local business is closed following a weekend fire.

Photos shared to social media show first responders at the scene of Rhodes Family Diner in Medina Sunday evening.

The business later confirmed via Facebook that they will be temporarily closed due to a small electrical fire, stating that no one was inside the building at the time of the fire.

An additional post states that the fire destroyed the steam table, a warmer, and a freezer, and several items and products will have to be disposed due to smoke damage.
