Moss held on $750,000 bond, case bound over to grand jury

UPDATE: On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, in the General Sessions Court of Gibson County, the Honorable Judge Bradley Owens found probable cause to bind over all of Brian Moss’s charges, which included Possession of Schedule II, III, and IV Drugs with Intent to Sell/Deliver, Possession of Firearms during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Building for Drug Activity, to the Grand Jury of Gibson County at Humboldt for indictment.

He is being held on a $750,000 bond and will be arraigned in the Circuit Court of Gibson County at Humboldt Law Court on December 9, 2024.
