MADISON CO., Tenn.—The previously reported runaway 12-year-old juvenile, Sophi Halsey, has been located safe.
This remains an open investigation and further information will be provided as it becomes available.

Runaway Juvenile Alert – Madison County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public’s Help
MADISON CO., Tenn.— Today, at approximately 6:45 AM, Madison County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a runaway juvenile. 12-year-old Sophi Halsey was reported as a runaway from her home in Madison County. The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking any information that may lead to her safe return.
Sophi Halsey is described as a white female, age 12, approximately 5’3″ in height, weighing around 135 pounds. She has long brown hair, blue eyes, and may be wearing eyeglasses. Sophi was last seen wearing a black jacket and a book bag.
We are urging members of the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings or information regarding Sophi Halsey’s whereabouts to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office at (731) 423-6000.

JACKSON, Tenn.—A local family is searching for a missing child.
Sophi Halsey was last seen on Saturday, November 2 around 5 am in Jackson.
She is a white female, 12-years-old, 5’3″ and weights approximately 135 lbs.
She has long brown hair, blue eyes, freckles and wears glasses, which she requires to see.
Sophi was last seen wearing a black jacket and book bag.
