Its Thursday so lets start things off with our team of the week and for that
we have to talk to Cougar nation because it will be the JCM Cougars. Last week they went head to head
with the Gibson county Pioneers in a Wednesday night matchup. They defeated the Pioneers with a final of 50 to 0. JCM
took the ball from the kickoff and didn’t look back. The offense was attacking in several different ways, on the
ground and through the air. While the defense had multiple tackles for loss and never let Gibson county get in scoring
distance. Even special teams recovered a kick that was a big momentum swing. After a performance like that we caught up with head coach
Erit Turner on the win and what it means for this this team to be in the playoffs for the first time since the school opened back up take a listen.

“I think just trying to make sure they were clicking and they were executing, getting ready to go into the playoffs.
We just been taught all week or been stressing all week we just want to do the small things and
we know especially in a playoff game the small things will be the things that separate you from
a win and loss were a three seed and were playing high seed a two seed so we know we have to pay attention to detail this week in order for us to come out with a win.
