Kroger takes part in free diaper program in Tennessee
PRESS RELEASE FROM KROGER HEALTH:
(Memphis, TN) Kroger is proud to announce its participation in the TennCare diaper program, a vital initiative aimed at supporting families with young children across Tennessee.
The program provides up to 100 diapers per month to TennCare and CoverKids members under the age of two, making essential care items more accessible and affordable.
As part of this program, TennCare members can visit Kroger pharmacies to obtain diapers using their insurance card, no prescription required. The process is simple and seamless allowing families to conveniently receive diapers, while also accessing affordable groceries and prescriptions.
In addition to providing diapers, Kroger Health also offers sick visits for children ages 12 month and older at its Little Clinic locations. These visits are covered for TennCare and CoverKids members, include developmental and behavioral screenings, health checks, and parenting support. Families who need to schedule a sick visit can do so at a Kroger Little Clinic today. For more information visit www.kroger.com/health/clinic.
“Kroger Health is dedicated to the communities we serve by offering health and wellness solutions that provide dignity, support, and value,” said Cindy Fisher, Division Health and Wellness Leader. “By participating in the TennCare diaper program, we’re making essential items more accessible in places that families already trust and frequent.”
