After Below Freezing Temperatures, A Warming Trend On The Way
Saturday Morning Update
WBBJ 7 Forecast Update:
Frosty cold this morning as temperatures dropped to the upper 20s in Martin, Union City, Paris, and Parsons, while the rest of us were either at 30 or 32 degrees for a cold morning. Today’s high will only go to the upper 50s, so it will be chilly into the afternoon.
A slow moving warm front will lift in over the second half of the weekend as Sunday will be a little warmer.
THE WEEKEND:
Highs on Saturday will top out only in the mid 50s but we’ll have plenty of sunshine overhead and winds will be light from the west at around 5 mph. Tonight want be quite as cold as we’ll drop to around 37 under mostly clear skies. A mix of clouds and sunshine for Sunday with highs a little warmer at 66 in the afternoon and light WSW winds around 5 to 10 mph.
NEXT WEEK:
Some rain will head our way by the late afternoon Monday as highs on Monday climb to around 70. More rain and cooler temperatures Wednesday into Thanksgiving with highs only in the lower to mid 50s. Black Friday looks cold but dry with morning lows around freezing and highs only around 48 in the afternoon.
