Benefit hosted after tragedy strikes local family

MADISON CO., Tenn.—Two organizations team up to host a benefit for local families.

Rev Powersports and the Beech Bluff Rec Center joined together to raise money for the families of Justin Nerren and Jordan Kinman.

The couple along with their two children, ages 2 and 3, were involved in a tragic accident that claimed the lives of Justin, and the children. Jordan remains in the hospital in critical but stable condition.

The benefit took place at the rec center located at 4488 Beech Bluff Road and included a silent auction, cake walk, dice run, and raffles throughout the day.

There were also food trucks on site, a bonfire, along with live music.

“We kind of pulled the whole community together to come for a noble cause to help a local family that’s going through some tragic, pretty tragic situation right now. So we’re doing raffles and silent auctions. We had a cornhole tournament this morning and then we’re doing a dice run,” said Collin Johnson, owner of Rev Powersports.

If you were unable to attend the benefit but would like to give to the cause, donate to the GoFundMe here.
