District Attorney’s Offices implement new online database system

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE OFFICE OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY GENERAL FREDERICK H. AGEE:

In our continuing goal to modernize the quality of services we provide to the community, the District Attorney’s Office of the 28th Judicial District is proud to announce our professional partnership with the CivicEye case management system through the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference.

CivicEye is an online database that provides our office, law enforcement, and defense attorneys access to criminal case discovery, which includes law enforcement reports, records, evidence, court filings, and other case management digital media. This one-stop system allows the permissible parties involved to access, upload, and download relevant documents and evidence without ever leaving their respective offices, increasing judicial efficiency across our District.

Our Office implemented the CivicEye system two years ago, as one of the first District Attorney’s Offices in Tennessee to utilize this platform.

Now with further technological development, this system has been integrated into law enforcement agencies and District Attorney’s Offices across the state, providing uniform and advanced digital discovery capabilities for Tennessee.
