Habitat for Humanity’s first-time home buyer application opens
JACKSON, Tenn. — Habitat for Humanity’s first-time home buyer applications are now open!
The organization offers a program to help those in need of affordable housing. There are three main requirements.
- You must be willing to partner with the organization.
- You must demonstrate a need.
- You must be able to pay an affordable mortgage at the end of the program.
Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.
“First time homeowners get the keys to their house. It not only changes their lives and their families lives but it changes their families lives for generations to come, so if you think that you’re ready for home ownership, then we recommend you look at the qualifications and come in and apply,” said Nicci Gano, director of operations for Habitat for Humanity.
