‘Christmas on Main’ nearing return to downtown Savannah

SAVANNAH, Tenn. — Mark your calendars for some festive fun! Downtown Savannah’s ‘Christmas on Main’ is coming soon.

Festivities take place on three weekends this year, December 6th and 7th, December 13th and 14th, and December 20th and 21st.

Activities are from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each night. This includes enjoying holiday lights, free Christmas movies in the historic Savannah Theater, and live performances showcasing local talent. There’ll also be horse-drawn carriage rides, local vendors and more.

“We have skating, we have Santa, we have arts and crafts for the kids. They can write letters and leave it in the Santa’s mailbox that gets delivered to Santa at the north pole,” said Larae Sliger, Christmas on Main Chairman.

Christmas on Main is free of charge, a true community festival presented annually by the City of Savannah and the generosity of sponsors. For more information, click here.
