Fire destroys home in Selmer

SELMER, Tenn. — One home was destroyed in a fire that occurred earlier Friday.

Multiple fire trucks and firefighters were seen at a residence on Emmons Road in Selmer.

Crews could be seen spraying down the house, which had a substantial amount of damage from the fire. According to officials, the house was occupied at the time of the fire.

They confirmed there were no fatalities or injuries. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
