Vols secure college Football Playoff spot
The college football playoff teams were announced and the Tennessee
Vols are in. The ninth seeded vols will hit the road
to face off with number eight seed Ohio state.The winner
of that matchup will advance to take on big ten champion and
top seeded Oregon ducks. The Vols ended the season with a conference
record of 6-2 and an overall record of 10-2. The last time the two teams
faced off was the 1996 citrus bowl. A Lot of details to iron out between these
two teams but one thing we know for sure the vols can lean on is the run game.
Dylan Sampson rushed for 1,485 yards and 22 touchdowns And another thing they
can hang their hat on is their defense.They held 10 of their opponents to under 20 points.
