Jackson Police make arrest following multiple auto burglaries

On 12/13/24, the City of Jackson, TN – Police Department, responded to multiple auto burglaries near various hotels within the city, apprehending an individual and recovering stolen property following a brief pursuit. Although an individual was taken into custody, there are additional perpetrators suspected.

Reminder as the holiday season approaches, prioritize your safety and the security of your belongings. We urge all citizens to remember to lock their car doors at night. Thieves often target vehicles in hotel parking lots, especially during busy travel periods. Always ensure your vehicle is secured (windows closed/doors locked) and remove all valuables, including electronics and firearms.
