City of Jackson announces ‘Jingle Bell Jackson’ contest winners

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Hub City announced their second year winners for spreading the Christmas joy around the city.

Tuesday afternoon Christiana Gallagher with the City of Jackson, along with sponsors, awarded their ‘Jingle Bell Jackson’ winners.

Prizes that were awarded were ‘Guess the Bulb Challenge’, People’s Choice Winner, Judge’s Pick Winner and Judge’s Pick Runner up.

This year’s winner for Judges Pick is Brent Siler. To see his home visit 26 Sunhave Drive in Jackson to see the lights accompanied by a light broadcasting and tune into 107.3 FM radio.

Siler also shared his winnings with one local organization. He shared that his family has many veterans that have impacted his life and donating his winnings of $1,000 to the West Tennessee Veteran’s Coalition was important to him.

“It just seemed like the right thing to do. There’s veterans out there that could have support for paying for electricity, food, housing, medical. I just think this is a better spent given to them so they can help to try to help as many veterans there is out there in West Tennessee,” said Siler.
