First Presbyterian Church of Jackson Hosts “Blue Christmas” Service

JACKSON Tenn — Residents gathered at one local church to honor the memory of their loved ones this Christmas season.

First Presbyterian Church of Jackson hosted their “Blue Christmas” Wednesday evening, which is a special service to honor the lives and the memories of friends and family that are no longer with us.

Leaders with the church say the service is a way to celebrate the birth of Jesus while also giving guests time to mourn the passing of their loved ones this Christmas.
