Current Director Evelyn Keele and Former Director Jack Wood are the recipients of the 2024 John H. Thweatt Archival Advancement Award, given by the Society of Tennessee Archivists.
Recipients are chosen from nominated individuals, groups and organizations that have made significant contributions to the advancement of archives and archival issues within Tennessee.
“I can’t thank Jack Wood enough as long-term Tennessee Room librarian for building a wonderful collection that we have and also we owe so much to our volunteers who have helped us over the years,” said Keele.
