Fire caused by heat lamp leads to total loss of home

1-9-2025, 09:38 Firefighters responded to a residential structure fire at 10510 Clifton Rd.
Upon arrival the home was approximately 50% involved, the occupant was able to safely get out, firefighters quickly extinguished the fire but the home is considered a total loss.
The cause of the fire was a heat lamp on the front porch, this is the second house fire caused by a heat lamp in the past 2 months.
