“So we founded this scholarship to be award to non-traditional women students, because we see a lot of women out there, in our community, who, after taking a break after high school, to raise families, for whatever reason do not go to college directly after high school or never completed their college education and are now, later in life, deciding to go back to college,” said Debbie Swacker, Scholarship Committee Chair.
