Maggie Colley

Maggie Colley, age 91, resident of Madison, Alabama and wife of Gary
Colley, departed this life Friday evening, February 17, at her home.
Maggie was born on February 10, 1934 the daughter of the late Shelah
Witty and Thersa Witty. She graduated from Freed-Hardeman college and
was married September 15, 1955 to Gary Glenn Colley, Sr. She was a
former resident of the Collierville, Tennessee and a faithful member of the
Collierville church of Christ. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and
great-grandmother.  She will be deeply missed by a host of friends and
family.
Maggie Colley is survived by her daughter, Sherri Motto; her son, Gary
Glenn Colley, Jr. (Cindy); her son-in-law, Jeff Jenkins; six grandchildren and
fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded
in death by her daughter, Laura Jenkins.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Colley will be held at 12 P.M. Monday, February
24 at the Collierville church of Christ with Glenn Colley and BJ Clarke
officiating. Congregational singing will be led by Caleb Colley. Interment will
follow in the Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery in Memphis. A visitation for Mrs.
Colley will be at 11:30 A.M. just prior to the funeral at the Collierville church
of Christ.
