Mr. Marvin Ganaway Sr. age 90 of Dyersburg, TN. a U.S. SMSGT Air Force veteran died Thursday, February 13, 2025, at West Tennessee Vetrans Home in Humboldt, TN. arrangements are entrusted with McCreight Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025, 10:00a.m.-10:55a.m. at Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America 4100 Millisfield Hwy, Dyersburg, TN. Funeral services will follow at 11:00a.m. with Elder Ralph Jennings officiating. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dyersburg, TN with full Military honors. Marvin was a long-time former employee of Colonial Rubber Works/ PolyOne in Dyersburg, TN. He was a former Boy Scout Master of troop 125 in Dyersburg, TN., former member of the United Gospel Male Chorus. Serving as pallbearers will be Lawdell Fields, Marvin Ganaway Jr., Hershell Greer, Thomas Arnold Sr., Rickey King. Survivors include his sons, Marvin (Stacia) Ganaway Jr., Nashville, TN., Morey (Brenda) Ganaway, Dyersburg, TN. Sister, Jennie Diana Caldwell, Dyersburg, TN. (2) Grandchildren. Marvin was preceded in death by his wife Betty Hudson Ganaway, parents, Jeff Lee & Clara Roberson Ganaway.
