Groundbreaking event held for new retail center coming to Paris

PARIS, Tenn. — The city of Paris and Buchanan Realty Group held a groundbreaking ceremony this morning for Paris Crossings.

Paris Crossings will be a new retail center. The event was held at the corner of Highway 218 and Mineral Wells Avenue in Paris. It included speeches from city officials, developer remarks, and a site plan and renderings reveal.

The upcoming center will bring a variety of storefronts to the town.

“We have some great name retailers including TJ Maxx and Hobby Lobby and Aldi. We’re just excited about the growth for the community and excited about being a part of it,” said Brandon Buchanan, principal with Buchanan Realty Group.

All companies being brought are new to the market so their presence creates jobs without creating voids in any other buildings in the community.
