Police release details regarding fatal crash in Henry County
PRESS RELEASE FROM THE PARIS POLICE DEPARTMENT:
PARIS, Tenn. — More details are available for release in the early Monday morning accident that resulted in the death of a Henry County woman.

The victim is identified as Tina Robertson of the Buchanan area. Robertson was crossing Hospital Circle at around 5:39 am going to work at Henry County Medical Center, when she was struck by a van belonging to Northwest Tennessee Human Resources Agency.
The van was driven by Thomas Seabaugh of Springville. Emergency Medical treatment was rendered to Robertson by AMR Henry County ambulance service and the Henry County Medical Center Emergency room staff, but they were unable to save her life.
The Paris Police Department is working closely with the 24th Judicial District Attorney’s Office to determine what, if any, charges should be filed against the driver of the
vehicle.
The incident remains under investigation, with data continuing to be collected by investigators.
