Jackson Links, Inc. host its 2025 Arts Facet
JACKSON, Tenn.—One local organization is celebrating area youth for their excellence in artistry.
The Jackson Chapter of Links, Inc. hosts its annual talent showcase Sunday.
The event took place from 2 to 4 in the afternoon at Macedonia Baptist Church located at 106 Glass Street in Jackson.
The Arts Facet aims to not only highlight the various talents of youth throughout the area but to encourage others to explore their artistic talents.
Sunday’s performances include singers, dancers, those skilled at playing instruments and more.
“With the Jackson Tennessee Links we recently celebrated our 60th anniversary in November, so we’re excited about providing service to our Jackson community,” said Mechelle Taylor Moragne, President of Links, Inc. Jackson.
Links, Inc. remains one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations committed to helping enrich and sustain the culture and survival of African Americans.
The organization has thrived in Jackson for over 60 years.
