Ribbon cutting held for Weakley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
DRESDEN, Tenn. — One city welcomes a new team to operate a local nursing facility.
Weakley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center hosted it’s grand opening earlier Tuesday evening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The updated nursing center is located on 700 W C Nursing Home Road in Dresden. The building was once home to Weakley County Nursing Home but was bought and renovated by CCH Healthcare.
We spoke with CEO Jacob Stern about what CCH hopes to bring to their new found home.
“We purchased the facility from Weakley County and we’re running it, assisting the facility to hopefully improve the care, to improve the quality of life here and to really make it a better place for the residents and the employees,” said Stern.
Stern also said they’ll continue to renovate and modernize the building.
