DA’s Fugitive Friday: Bennett Cook wanted in Haywood County

DA’s Fugitive Friday for March 14, 2025

Bennett Jerrod Cook is wanted out of Haywood County Circuit Court for failing to appear at his scheduled court date on March 3, 2025.

Mr. Cook is charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault – Use or Display of a Deadly Weapon.

Mr. Cook’s last known address was in Steens, Mississippi.

If you have any contact with Mr. Cook, please encourage him to turn himself in to the Haywood County Sheriff’s Department.
