Demonstrators protest at Family Fun Center in Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn. — A protest was held Monday afternoon outside of the Jackson Bowling and Skating Family Fun Center.
Around 20 to 30 demonstrators were seen holding signs, due to grievances with management ranging from pay to other issues.
The center released a statement saying they are aware of an incident involving a former employee and denies all allegations.
“To whom it may concern,
The public may have become aware of an incident involving a disgruntled former employee of the Bowling and Skating Family Fun Center who is making, what we consider to be, false allegations against both our business and other individuals including but not limited to Andy Kim.
We vehemently deny any and all of the false allegations that have been publicly disseminated through Facebook and other social media outlets. We believe these false allegations have been made in retaliation for the former employee’s recent termination from the Bowling and Skating Family Fun Center.
We are examining whatever options may be available to us through the law, including but not limited to the filing of a defamation lawsuit and/or any other remedy that counsel recommends. We thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this matter. The Bowling and Skating Family Fun Center will continue to provide the best service possible for the Jackson community, and we look forward to serving our customers and the Jackson community.
Andy Kim

Jackson police were also present, keeping protesters off the property of the establishment. According to the business, one person was trespassed.
