Proactive steps you can take to reduce heart health risks

JACKSON, Tenn. — Many Americans don’t realize they are at risk of heart disease.

Experts say you should take proactive steps toward heart health. A simple heart health risk assessment can show if you are at a high risk to development heart problems.
