Suspect arrested after shots fired in east Jackson
PRESS RELEASE FROM THE JACKSON POLICE DEPARTMENT:
On March 26, 2025 at approximately 10:40 pm., officers responded to a Shotspotter alert in the 100 block of Lincoln Cir.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male suspect actively shooting towards another subject before fleeing into a nearby residence.
During the investigation no injuries were reported.
A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of firearms, ammunition, and marijuana.
An individual was taken into custody.
