Storm shelters open in West TN
Several counties throughout West TN are announcing the opening of storm shelters.
Henry Co., TN
- The Henry County Sheriff’s Office will be opening storm shelters today at Harrelson, Henry and Lakewood Schools. The shelters will open at 1pm and remain open until the threat of severe weather has passed.
McNairy Co., TN
- Selmer Elementary Storm Shelter will be opened today at 12:00 noon. And will remain open until the threat of severe weather has passed.(Entrance on the City Park side of the building, entrance E.

- Milledgeville Fire Station
- Finger Fire Station
- Forty Forks Baptist Church
Milan, TN
- FEMA building is open
Obion County, TN
- The Red Cross Shelter is open at Second Baptist Church in Union City.
Paris, TN
- Shelters at Inman and Rhea Schools will be opening today at 1 pm and remain open until severe weather threat has passed.
