‘Becoming Her’ now available for preorder
JACKSON, Tenn. — Embodiment Coach Monica Yates teaches women in her new book how to embrace femininity without feeling less empowered, and also how to diminish burnout.
When a woman earns more money than the man in her relationship, it can introduce a variety of pressures and dynamics–this role often called a “girlboss.”
While it can represent women breaking barriers and achieving success, it can also put pressure on women to always “have it together” and be constantly productive or high-achieving.
“The number one thing that I have realized that actually causes burnout for women; it is not their job, it is not trying to juggle motherhood and work, it is making too many decisions. It is the decision fatigue. It’s feeling like we have to take everything onto our shoulders, and not letting somebody else make a decision for us,” said Yates.
Yates’ book “Becoming Her” is now available for pre-order, with pre-sale bonuses if you order before Tuesday, April 8. Click here to order.
