JCS Birman Jenkins signs with Freed Hardeman to play Basketball

Let’s start things with Jackson Christian school as earlier today senior Birman
Jenkins signed his national letter of intent. He will continue his basketball career with the
university of Freed Hardeman. Jenkins averaged 20.3 Points and 6.5 Rebounds per game. He shot 51 percent
from the field, 35 percent from 3 point land and multiple 30 point games. He will now be joining a national championship
winning program as well. We caught up with Mr Jenkins and  he
spoke on why freed Hardeman made sense for him take a listen.

“Visit and they just like said all the right things that other colleges wouldn’t have said you know
just like they recruit good people and just when you have consistent good people you
can have a consistent program. It made all sense and it sounded great to me so that’s when i knew
and it’s just like close to home  and it feels like Jackson Christian just the feel of it.”
Now their is still discussion on what position he might settle
into being so versatile but i’m sure him and Coach Stutts well iron that out
later.
