Author talks expectations for future of AI

JACKSON, Tenn. — Artificial intelligence is ever-growing and becoming more and more a part of our lives.

Faisal Hoque is an author who wrote a book about artificial intelligence. They say that it can help businesses, innovation, decision making, customer care, manufacturing and so many other things.

According to the author, AI is a very active technology. For this reason, guardrails need to be setup in order for correct usage to be made.

AI has been a part of our lives for many years whether we realize it or not. Many things around us use artificial intelligence. However, Hoque says it will continue to evolve.

“What will happen is that AI will become your coworker, it will become you cocreator, AI will become a different kind of species we have never seen before. It will coexist with us if we are smart about it,” said Hoque.
