Man indicted in drug related death of woman
HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. -A man has been indicted by the Henderson County grand jury for second degree murder and the sell/delivery of fentanyl.
According to the March 31 indictment, Blake Allen Troutman distributed fentanyl that was a factor in the death of a woman on April 7, 2024.

Troutman, according to the indictment, “did intentionally, knowingly, and/or recklessly kill Marisa Paige Crownover by unlawfully distributing a substance containing Fentanyl.”
District Attorney Jody S. Pickens alleges in the indictment that the fentanyl sold and delivered by Troutman was a “proximate cause” of Crownover’s death.”
Troutman was also indicted on the sale and delivery of fentanyl that occurred on April 17, 2024. According to the documents, Troutman “did unlawfully and knowingly sell a controlled substance, to-wit: Fentanyl, a Schedule II Controlled Substance.” Count three against Troutman said that he “did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a controlled substance, to-wit: Fentanyl, a Schedule II Controlled Substance”.
Troutman is being held in the Henderson County Jail.
