Neuroscientist shares mental wellness tips as many Americans face burnout
JACKSON, Tenn. — Many Americans are burned out, stressed and priced out of basic care.
But according to one author neuroscientist, that doesn’t have to be — nor should it be — the case. Healthcare costs are exploding, mental health struggles are worsening and anxiety is at an all-time high.
Dr. Tony Nader, a globally recognized neuroscientist and medical doctor, tells us what the future of healthcare could look like if we focus on the mind first.
“Most of the times, situations can be overcome by our creativity, by our calmness, we can find solutions even in difficult outside situations and circumstances, and we can become stronger in front of challenges,” said Dr. Nader.
To combat burnout and improve mental health, focus on establishing healthy work-life balance, practicing self-care, and seeking support from trusted individuals or professionals.
