St. Mary’s School hosts its Crawfish and Shrimp Boil
JACKSON, Tenn.—One local school offers an event filled with great food and fun.
St. Mary’s School in Jackson hosts a Crawfish and Shrimp Boil.
The fundraiser began at 4 Saturday afternoon at the Nelson Barn located at 99 Hickory Glen Drive in Jackson.
The event features live music from Ghost Town Blues Band, and of course plenty of delicious seafood.
Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit student athletes at the school.
“Annually St. Mary’s does this, we do the Mardi Gras auction which is in February and then we have been doing our Oktoberfest. Those are the three events the school does for fundraisers for the year,” said Tony Neihoff, Booster Club President, St. Mary’s School.
This is the 15th year St. Mary’s School has hosted this event.
